Please ensure you have read my terms and conditions before ordering your pet portrait.
The artist retains full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including prints. When a portrait is commissioned I reserve the right to display it in my website gallery and on my social media pages. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.
Pricing & payments
Prices are shown in Euro, although you may pay via PayPal or credit/debit card and you will be charged in your local currency equivalent.
For commission , I charge 50% of the deposit to book your spot on my schedule . One week before I commence work on your portrait I will ask you for 50% of the remaining balance
A €100 is non-refundable deposit as you are booking a spot in my schedule that could be used by someone else.
Clients will be advised of the approximate waiting list at the time of ordering. Portraits will not be deemed as ordered until the deposit has been received.
Artist reserves the right to determine the price of the products. In the case of portraits, the price may vary according to the size of the portrait and the number of subjects that will be drawn in the portrait. Please consult prices before making a reservation and subsequent purchase of the portrait. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time according to the value of exchange rates.
Guarantee, returns, and refunds
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase so, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason whatsoever, just get in touch and we’ll resolve it.
For commissions, I will be in touch throughout the process of drawing , so we’ll have plenty of opportunity to make corrections and I’ll only dispatch your work when you’re completely happy with it.
If clients cancel their order and work has commenced on the portrait, the deposit 50% will be retained to cover the artist time, administration, materials used.
For prints, or any other item from me, you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, The item must be unused and complete with its original packaging. I recommend you sending it via recorded delivery (more details will be in your parcel). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of me receiving the item.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any commission, originals or prints from web . Gift vouchers can not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
I often have a client waiting list and lead time will depend on the time of year and number of other portraits booked in my schedule.
Due to the impossibility of determining the exact time of making any portrait, the time of starting work on the portrait is given approximately, with a monthly margin for delays. I will provide an estimated completion date upon your inquiry. For specific dates (e.g. for a birthday) I will try my best to accommodate any special request.
I shipping portraits worldwide using Post Mail. Delivery time is apprimxately 1-3 working days within the Ireland , 3-15 working days in Europa , and 5-30 working days rest of the world.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Your personal information
I only collect personal information that I feel is necessary to process orders, and complete commissions as requested.
I will never pass on any information to a third party except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and if requested to do so by law (e.g. preventing fraud).
Whilst every care has been taken to assure accuracy of reproduction of prints according to their originals, the artist cannot guarantee a 100% likeness due to scanning settings, individual monitor/screen settings.
VAT & Import Duty
All items for sale including commission are not subject to Value Added Tax. Payment of import duty may be liable in some countries, which is the sole responsibility of the client.
